Its merely like to be a Development Support ie; Devops. Mostly, you should concentrate on:

*Webservers
*Virtualiaztion
*GIT and SVN
*MySQL and NoSQL
*Monitoring, automation using scripting with crons and troubleshooting
*Need to know how to trace packets
