Hey Guys,

I have a server running on CentOS 6.3 with postfix mail server on it. But, I have strange problem that our all outgoing emails being marked as spam by hotmail and gmail. I can able to send mails to all other domains except hotmail and gmail accounts. I've already configured correct A, rDNS, MX and SPF records in our DNS and they are correct as we tested with mxtoolbox.com. My IP also not blacklisted, even email hearders cleary showing SPF pass, still I didn't understand what's the problem with hotmail and gmail accounts.

I've also modified our mail content, from id and subject line several times but they are still landing in Spam folders, What else could be the reason, Any suggestions??

Hi,

DKIM is also a factor..Mailbox providers rate senders based on two key factors: the reputation of an IP address and the domain from which the emails originate. Inbox providers such as Gmail or Hotmail keep a record of what kind of emails are being sent from a particular IP address. Their scoring system is similar to the one used by banks in credit score rating.
